The Buffalo Convention Center does not have an exclusive audio-visual supplier. We are proud to partner with many local and national companies for various shows. Please see our vendor directory for contact information.
We welcome all reliable and qualified audio-visual suppliers.
Event Technology Services
The Buffalo Convention Center received a total re-cabling of all public spaces in the building and the addition of a high-density wireless network covering the building’s 110,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
The upgrades have increased high-speed internet bandwidth by a factor of ten, allowing exhibitors and guests instant and unimpeded access to any applications they require.
Highlights include:
- 300 MB of bandwidth
- More than 240 data ports throughout the building
- 70 wireless access points
- The ability to accommodate up to 7,000 devices
- Charging station located by the front desk for cell phones and tablets
- Installation of 11 digital signage boards throughout the facility
- Complimentary Basic Wireless high-speed internet throughout the meeting space. If specific bandwidth or more robust access is needed, additional charges could apply.

The Buffalo Convention Center is proud to offer our exclusive in-house catering and concessions for all of your food and beverage needs. Our Executive Chef and experienced catering staff will work with you to create a menu to dazzle the most discerning pallet.
From a continental breakfast to a black tie gala, we can offer your guests unparalleled service and an outstanding dining experience. Catering is available in all of our function areas, so feel free to plan a board luncheon, conference breakfast, a banquet for 500, or concessions for thousands. You are limited only by your imagination.

Our catering manager will take care of every detail imaginable to make your reception truly spectacular and one to remember. Our flexible space allows us to accommodate both the ceremony and reception for added convenience.
